The 1941 Rider manual for an early Oscilloscope. From the collection of a leading 20th century scientist. The author has this book "Dedicated to Florence who is still patient." After a life with an electrical inventor, i can see why Mr. Rider would need to apologise to poor Florence, who must have been patient indeed. This book has been in a flood @ 1960. perhaps more than one (there were three while the City of Tulsa got their act together with the sanitary sewer system). The owner carefully strung all the techincal books out in the sun on the clothesline, and some were pressed in book press....
