This is another of our books that was in the 1960 flood in Tulsa. Rescued and carefiully dried in the sun, but the cover shows mildew and soil from the water. Red dye from the cover has run onto the endpapers for about half an inch all around, and onto the immediate facing pages. Owner got these books out as quickly as possible. Paper protractor and tables in perfect condition inside back cover. Cloth slightly loose on the surface of the covers, but tight at the spine. Sewn pages secure, spine secure. Amazing save. Ginn and Company, Athenaeum Press, Boston. Some mildew stains, but for the most part, interior clean. Sacrifice for the education of the next generation.
